Our story
How Tricore started
Tricore Network Ltd was founded in 2025 by engineers who had spent years installing and maintaining security and port automation systems for other people's companies.
The founders saw the same gap on site after site: world-class equipment arriving in Ghana with no local team able to install, commission and support it to manufacturer standard. Terminals waited weeks for overseas engineers; commercial clients were sold cameras with nobody to maintain them.
Tricore was set up to close that gap, being a Ghanaian company with port-grade technical discipline, able to work as comfortably on a container terminal gate as in a family home in Tema.
Within its first year the company was engaged as a subcontractor to Camco Technologies of Belgium, delivering OCR truck lanes, barrier lanes and boxcatcher systems at Meridian Port Services and other terminals.
